Conshor, Incorporated is a full service concrete forming contractor doing business primarily in the Southwest Florida construction market. Conshor has a proven track record of successful, quality concrete structures dating back to its founding in 1973. With over 275 projects of various sizes, types and complexity to its credit, Conshor continues to be the industry leader in our area. Conshor’s services include formwork for foundations, columns and walls, slabs, beams, tie-beams and masonry wall caps. Conshor erects and shores precast soffit beam and joist structures. We also place concrete for unfinished work such as foundations, columns and walls, and grout masonry filled cells. As is sometimes required by local building authorities, Conshor is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CG-C034723 and CG-C035827).

Our management and estimating staff provide a detailed scope of our work as well as accurate pricing and realistic project scheduling. Before your job begins, you will know what your forming and shoring costs are and our impact upon your schedule. Conshor often provides “value engineering” suggestions during the bidding process to help reduce costs and accelerate the schedule.

Our fully engineered shoring systems are historically very safe without hindering the smooth, rapid flow of the construction process. Thorough design yields greater speed and economy by enabling the fabrication of many form assemblies off-site in a controlled environment.

Our supervision maintains open communications with your field staff as well as our office.
